Image Ownership

You own the rights to all AI-generated baby preview images created specifically for you through PreviewMyBaby. These images are yours to keep and use according to the guidelines outlined in this policy.

Image Ownership Rights

When you use PreviewMyBaby to generate baby preview images, you immediately become the rightful owner of those generated images. Here's what that means:

Your Ownership Includes

• Full copyright ownership of generated images
• Right to download and save images
• Permission to print for personal use
• Right to share with family and friends
• Ability to create personal keepsakes
• Use in personal photo albums and scrapbooks

Our Role

• We provide the AI generation service
• We temporarily store images for delivery
• We facilitate the creation process
• We do NOT claim ownership of your images
• We do NOT have rights to use your images
• We act as a service provider only

Legal Ownership Transfer

Upon successful generation and delivery of your baby preview images, full ownership rights automatically transfer to you. PreviewMyBaby retains no ongoing rights, claims, or interests in the generated images beyond temporary storage for service delivery purposes.

Permitted Uses

As the owner of your generated images, you have broad permissions for personal use. Here's what you can do:

Personal Use (Fully Permitted)

Home & Family:

• Print and frame for home display
• Share with family members
• Include in family photo albums
• Create personal scrapbooks
• Use as phone or computer wallpapers

Digital Sharing:

• Post on personal social media
• Share via messaging applications
• Email to friends and family
• Include in pregnancy announcements
• Use in personal blogs or websites

Creative Personal Projects

Keepsakes & Crafts:

• Baby shower decorations
• Pregnancy milestone photos
• Custom photo books
• Personalized calendars
• DIY nursery artwork

Baby-Related Items:

• Custom onesies (personal use)
• Photo blankets
• Personalized mugs
• Baby memory books
• Nursery wall art

Sharing Guidelines

When sharing your images, please remember:

• Personal sharing is encouraged - Show off to family and friends
• Credit is appreciated but not required - You own the images
• Context matters - Explain these are AI-generated entertainment images
• No medical claims - Don't present as medical predictions

Prohibited Uses

While you own your generated images, there are important limitations on how they can be used to protect both you and others:

Commercial Restrictions

Cannot Sell or Resell:

• Sell images as stock photography
• Create products for commercial sale
• Use in advertising or marketing
• License to other parties
• Monetize in any way without permission

Business Use Restrictions:

• Company marketing materials

Medical & Accuracy Restrictions

Strictly Prohibited:

• Claiming medical accuracy or diagnostic value

• Presenting as scientific predictions

• Any healthcare-related commercial use

Critical: Never present AI-generated images as medical predictions, genetic analysis, or scientifically accurate representations. Always clarify they are artistic entertainment.

Harmful or Illegal Uses

• Creating fake identities or documents
• Harassment, intimidation, or harmful purposes
• Violating any laws or regulations
• Infringing on others' rights or privacy
• Misrepresenting the nature or source of images
• Any use that could cause harm or confusion

As the owner of your generated images, you are fully responsible for any legal consequences arising from your use of the images. PreviewMyBaby provides the generation service but assumes no liability for how you choose to use your owned images.

PreviewMyBaby Limitation of Liability

PreviewMyBaby is not liable for:

• How you choose to use your generated images
• Legal consequences from your use of the images
• Third-party reactions or responses to your images
• Misuse, misrepresentation, or inappropriate use
• Any damages arising from your use of owned images

Best Practices for Responsible Use

• Always clarify that images are AI-generated for entertainment
• Respect the emotional nature of pregnancy and family topics
• Consider the impact on others when sharing
• Use images to bring joy, not create unrealistic expectations

Data Storage & Access

While you own your generated images, we temporarily store them to provide our service:

• Images encrypted in secure cloud storage
• Access limited to delivery purposes
• No usage rights retained by us
• Storage for service delivery only

Retention Policy

• 30-day access period for downloads
• Automatic deletion after retention period
• Download immediately upon generation
• Your responsibility to save locally

Important: We recommend downloading and backing up your images immediately. While we store them temporarily, you are responsible for long-term preservation of your owned images.
